Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

This monitor is fairly straightforward with a simple plug and play design that doesn't have awkward or confusing buttons or menus to mess with. It is far easier to setup and use than the Angelcare AC403 and is arguably easier in the long run than a wearable because there is nothing to attach to a squirming baby.
Easy to set up. Ample features include built-in lullabies, excellent image quality, and 900-ft. range. Sound-activated Eco mode is ideal for night monitoring.
It has two-way talk-back, pan/tilt/zoom options, and a temperature display.

What reviewers didn't like

While it lacks a sensitivity adjustment to help weed out ambient vibrations that could result in poor functioning, the use of two sensor pads theoretically increases the accuracy of the unit no matter where the baby is located on the mattress.
Connection warning light occasionally flashes. Temp reading tends to be inaccurate. Battery life could be longer.
It has a smaller video screen than our pick. The battery life may be a little lower as well (the manufacturer doesn’t offer a claim on battery life, and many reviewers say they either keep it plugged in or get acceptable battery life on an audio-only eco mode)
