The Xceed provides you with a maximum resistance of 210 pounds. This is provided by way of the unique Bowflex power rod system. The system is upgradeable to 310 and 410 pounds.
If you think your height will be an issue, there is no need to fret. The seat can be adjusted to several height positions with the highest being 6’ 5” or 196 cm.
The Bowflex Xceed features an adjustable seat. It offers several height positions so it can accommodate users up to 6’5″ (196 cm) with no problem for most of the exercises.
This unit comes with an adjustable seat to allow for different height positions. The seat can accommodate a user who is 6 feet 5 inches tall comfortably for a majority of the workouts.
One of the best features of this machine is the heavy duty construction. It is built using a heavy duty steel frame which is designed to retain its shape. The Bowflex Xceed is an investment and is sure to give you a lifetime of workouts.

What reviewers didn't like

Be aware, however, that the power rods do require a little extra room to flex. This will require about one hundred inches side to side.
Its base does not come with anchor holes or points so you cannot attach the entire equipment to the floor of your home.
Of course, some of these exercises require extra accessories. For example, the ab crunch exercises require an ab harness. Also, leg kickbacks or adductions call for an ankle cuff.
Does not come with all the necessary assembly tools
Squat straps aren’t very tight and don’t provide much resistance.
