Gives a full 200 square inches of cooking surface.
Grills Quickly, Leaves Grill Marks, and Handles Red Meats. Plenty of indoor grills out there don’t heat to high enough temperatures to safely cook red meats. That is not at all a problem for the Cuisinart. After letting your unit buildup heat, you can grill steaks in under five minutes, frozen burger patties in eight, and hot dogs in four.
5 cooking options, reversible/removable nonstick plates. Streamlined press handle. Versatile; can be used in the open position for numerous grilled creations.
Easy to handle and cook because it’s not as big as a full-size grill but gives you the benefits somewhat similar to what an outdoor grill can give on a small scale for home use for a nuclear family.
What reviewers didn't like
Grease management could be improved with a larger drain spout. In the meantime, place a couple of pot holders under the front legs to help drain grease away from food.
To be brutally honest, this grill is not going to last for more than five years. Even worse, you would be fortunate to get more than three years out of the Cuisinart.
Pricey. A few reports of quality concerns, including uneven heat, poor hinges, inadequate grease drainage.
Not meant for big parties because it’s a small size electric grill which will not be able to serve a large number of guest at same time, so if you have a large number of people in house or you are hosting a big house party then you need to have a bigger one but not this small Griddler in your party area for cooking .
