Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

Putting baby inside is better than average with the ability to put the carrier on and adjust it almost completely before picking up the baby and setting them inside. You don't need to hold the baby in place as you mess with straps or long fabric ends.
This convertible baby carrier gives you four different ways to position your baby as they grow. This particular carrier can be worn for infants that are 8 pounds up to toddlers that are 32 pounds.
Great low price tag, easy to adjust to fit different adults, inward and outward facing positions
The strong padding will support your child’s neck as a small infant facing in when she doesn’t have the neck control and again when she’s older and on your back facing in and you can trust her enough to not have your eyes constantly on her.
The material is lightweight and breathable
You can use the narrow seat position and padded head support to comfortably hold small infants. You can also protect your clothing and carrier by using the included handy wonder cover bib.
The carrier is lightweight and easy to stuff into a diaper bag
With the extra-padded straps, Infantino provides convenient carrying of the baby. It even includes a waist strap which comes in handy to distribute the weight of the baby. The shoulder straps are also adjustable meaning they will fit every body type for both moms and dads
The model is breathable, and this will make your baby either smile widely or sleep soundly due to the comfortable space.

What reviewers didn't like

It is the most uncomfortable for parents to wear with a surprising lack of structured support in the straps and waist belt. Unlike similar carriers with wide supportive waistbelts, the Flip waist is almost all strap with only a wide padded centerpiece.
Only suitable up to 32 pounds, leg adjustment points can be a hassle to use
This carrier doesn’t come in the fancy prints and it won’t carry your children into their school aged weights, but it’s just a fraction of the cost.
Limited mobility for children inside the carrier. Some parents do not like the drool bib but it does not affect the usage of the carrier negatively so it may just be a vestigial feature of the carrier.
Not so ergonomic, reported by some consumers.
The straps don't easily slide through the buckles when adjusting, and there are no cushions around the straps right next to baby's face.
Isolated complaint about the straps not being able to distribute the baby’s weight properly because of the backpack design.
