You can easily remove the bench to do the full body exercise and the paddling seat can make you comfortable as it can be adjusted according to the exercises.

It is durable and safe to use for the heavy lifting is done on the bench.
The bench and the backrest board attached to the main frame integrate a generous layer of high-density foam, providing optimal comfort.
From Marcy comes the Combo Smith Machine, an excellent fully-loaded home gym with most of the bells and whistles.

What reviewers didn't like

Like a lot of other home gyms that use weight plates, the most obvious drawback is that the weights are a separate purchase. So not only are you dishing out an investment for the machine, but you’re going to have to open your wallet to get weight plates to fit this gym.
There are some things we can point out that could be better. First, if you are tall, this machine can restrict some of your movements.
It is not easily transportable, making it difficult to carry to a new place. The heavy weight of the machine also makes it tough to move around
The machine does not include weight plates of any kind.
