Fairly easy to wash and clean. Removes zest with less effort while retaining the bitter pith. Collects the zest easily without injury to your hands. Nine eye catching colors.
The metal part is made from surgical-grade stainless steel, ensuring years of continued use without having to worry about rusting or dulling.
The narrow, easy-to-maneuver plane is especially great for zesting lemons because it has holes even on the curved edges of the grater, which allow you to get in hard-to-reach spots.
Small tabs on the bottom edge of the grater keep this steady or the countertop if you prefer grating upright, and keep the metal from scratching your counter or cutting board

Doesn't stay sharp for long. Very unsafe as there are two strips underside that are extremely sharp.
