What reviewers liked
An excellent headset for anyone whose top concern is comfort, as it's lightweight and has a flexible, silicone earpiece. It's also affordable, has crisp sound, and gets up to 7 hours of battery life.
You can use this headset for up to seven hours of continuous use, and the standby battery life lasts up 11 days.
The battery life is quite good as well, as the device can provide around 7 hours of continuous talk time on a full charge.
The M165 charges within a couple of hours, after which it offers 7 hours of active battery life. For such a small and light device, this unit really offers excellent battery life. I found I was able to use the headset for days of moderate use before the battery would run low. A quick charge and it was back in action.
Plantronics m165 marque 2 ultra-light wireless Bluetooth headset has a highly reliable noise cancellation feature which blocks background noises. This simply means that even if you are standing in the middle of a noisy crowd, you would be able to hear the caller at the other end with complete clarity.
It is a top performing headset, yet more affordable than others. It also has a battery life of seven hours and up to 10 meters of wireless range, which is standard.
What reviewers didn't like
Occasionally drops connectivity. Voice recognition doesn't always work as it should. Some owners wish the volume were a bit louder.
Noise cancellation and audio quality are just average.
However while I had no problem being heard in a quiet environment, it was a different story when trying to talk with a lot of background noise. The headset did cancel a lot of the noise, but also seemed to muffle the voice making it very difficult to understand.
