It is fully immersible and dishwasher safe with the heat control removed. This griddles premium nonstick surface and a built-in backstop ledge provide easy food handling.

Dishwasher and submersion-safe. As long as you remove the temperature control knob, you won’t have to worry about putting the cooking plate in the dishwasher or soaking it in water to clean it.

The drip tray is removable for clean. If you need to cook a lot, remember to check the tray frequently. When the tray is full, the oil will drip to your countertop and mess it up.
