Comes with a diffuser and a concentrator. Adds volume. Fairly quiet operation. Imparts a smooth finish with less damage. De-frizzes curly and thick hair. Affordable. Dries hair quickly. Lightweight.
A bargain buy that's wildly popular to dry and de-frizz curly or thick hair.
Impressive drying speed. Reasonable price. Ionic technology adds volume whilst beating frizz.
Ionic and ceramic technology, when combined have been proven to eliminate static electricity caused by styling while quickly eliminating frizz, drying hair quickly and evenly.
Two heat and two speed settings, accompanied by a cool shot button, give you lots of control when it comes to how much heat and power to apply. The dryer also comes with a few helpful accessories, including concentrator and diffuser attachments, as well as three hair sectioning clips.
What reviewers didn't like
Difficult to change attachments. May not be durable.
For some users, the unit broke down after only a few months of use.
Cheap-feeling casing. Awkward button placement.
There are only cool and high-temperature settings; if you prefer more customized options another dryer might be better.
Produced a wind speed of 45 mph (measured directly in front of the nozzle), slower than the speed we got from our picks. It weighs just over a pound, has a cord measuring 5.5 feet, and comes with a concentrator and a diffuser. But the mediocre specs, along with the gimmicky red lights that flash while you’re blow-drying, kept this dryer from being a pick, even though it was a particularly inexpensive model at the time of our tests.
