From The Manufacturer

Turbine is a soft, pliable polymer stent that dilates your nose, resulting in increased airflow to the lungs. The Turbine is easy to use. It is designed to fit comfortably inside the nose and gently open each individual nostril to allow more airflow during sport, physical exertion or focused breathing (such as yoga and meditation). The next-generation technology outperforms ordinary nasal strips and provides an instantly noticeable difference. Once properly fitted, you will naturally experience greater breathing efficiency. Turbine has been proven in clinical trials to increase air flow through nasal passages, on average, up to 38% over nasal strips. This improved breathing efficiency means you can use less energy to breathe during exercise, allowing you to focus this energy on other muscles. Turbine not only increases the amount of air you can inhale through your nose, it reminds you to breathe in a more controlled and efficient way. Turbine comes in three different sizes, and each device has individually adjustable left and right stents to further refine the fit. We recommend first buying the trial pack to help determine which size Turbine offers the best fit for you. Turbine units can be reused approximately ten times. FDA registered.

Expert Reviews

What reviewers liked

Riding in the ‘cross race I definitely could feel an increase in the airflow through my nostrils, and therefore an “improvement” in my breathing.
It is comfy to wear over a long period of time, There is no movement or extra rubbing on the outside and over these sort of distances.
The theory was that by increasing the opening of your nostrils you could inhale more oxygen, and therefore go faster.

What reviewers didn't like

I definitely could feel it in place, pushing outward on my nostrils.
There was an initial stage of becoming accustomed to wearing the Turbine.
Initially slightly uncomfortable.
