This cushion is safe. If a company is marketing a co-sleeping cushion for night sleeping, it needs to be safe. That was one of the biggest factors for me getting a bed sharing cushion. When I first opened the package I was shocked at how cushy the cushion looked (can I put those words together?). When I say cushy I mean it looked like if Tava turned her face to the side it would be right against her face. I knew, because of my research and taking with the owner of the company, that it was safe.

One thing I will say about this pillow as a co-sleeper is that it takes up a considerable portion of the bed. It measures about 27 inches by 14 inches. Considering that the average queen-sized bed is only 60 inches wide, it means that each person in the bed will have less than 2 feet of width to sleep on. If you like to spread out while you sleep, this could be a problem.
Since the fabric is soft and not very breathable, your baby may get a little overheated while laying in the Snuggle Me for long periods of time.
A few parents said the cover doesn’t fit as tightly as they would like.
