It's basket may be difficult to clean due to batter potentially sticking to the mesh wiring.

The biggest complain about this model is the depth. It is said that the amount of oil that it holds is far lesser than what you’d like. Several people have actually outraged about how they expected to cook food with it but found that it can only cook crumbs.
The fryer is covered by a one-year warranty. However, T-fal’s customer service gets very poor reviews. Some people who have had issues claim customer service was either unhelpful, or they were asked to ship their still-under-warranty fryer back at their own expense.
T-Fal FR8000 has no replacement parts. In the case of malfunction the best solution is replacing the product itself
The deep fryer is large and therefore, it requires a bigger space to place it in your kitchen. Choose a good spot to put it so that it doesn’t occupy much of your kitchen.
The only major complaint is that the fryer pot is more shallow than some would like.
The outside of the T-fal FR8000 fryer heats up to 115 degrees Fahrenheit, this can be dangerous and uncomfortable to work around.
